Rule 81B

A civil servant who enters the service after permanent appointment in the civil service must present the certificate of educational qualification and two copies of the certificate within thirty-five days from the date of his appearance at the office where he was appointed for the verification of the certificate of educational qualification obtained by the concerned civil servant. will fall.
(2) Even if a civil servant has received and submitted a certificate of additional educational qualification after entering the service or for promotion, it shall be done in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) After receiving the copy of the certificate according to sub-rules (1) and (2), the concerned office shall send it to the concerned ministry or ministry-level central body within two months.
(4) After obtaining the certificate according to sub-rule (3), the relevant central agency shall submit the certificate of educational qualification obtained from the educational institution within the country to the relevant university or council or board and the certificate of educational qualification obtained from the foreign university or educational institution to the university or higher institution recognized by the prevailing Nepal law. It should be sent to the relevant university, council or board abroad through the Secondary Education Council or the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council or other similar institutions.
(5) After the verification is done according to sub-rule (4), the information thereof shall be given to the concerned employee, the office where he/she works and the civil library, and the record thereof shall be updated by the relevant central agency.
(2) Even if a civil servant has received and submitted a certificate of additional educational qualification after entering the service or for promotion, it shall be done in accordance with sub-rule (1).
